🔦 Promising assets

Have a look at the promising assets we found on the markets this week.

Domains with existing authority:

Buying domains with existing authority can give you a head start when it comes to SEO and resulting page rankings.

  • ArtSchools.com (<$3,000, DR38, backlinks 6,21k): why not build a marketplace for art schools? Or sell online art training? This domain will definitely help you to get a kickstart.

Domains to build a brand on:

Those domains have no existing authority yet but are great to start something new on.

  • Therapy.org (currently <$6,000, expires in approx. 2 weeks): The dot org is lovely and still quite fairly priced. How about starting a marketplace for therapists? By the way, therapists.org is also available currently (<$400).

Websites:

  • Leather-sofa.org: Beginner site currently hovering at $6,000 USD with >4500 views and >241 watchers. The current multiple is great at approx. 15. The site is only using Google Adsense to put banner ads (+ Amazon Associates), does not use an SSL certificate, etc. So there are some easy wins right in front of you.

  • CryptoWeekly.co: $40k over the past 12 months (almost all profit), takes about 1 hour to update per month, lots of growth opportunity, for sale at 1x rev multiple. See this Google doc for all details and contact Chris on Twitter for any questions.

🙌 Update about my content site

I ended the inspection period early (and finalized the Escrow process), had a very productive meeting with the previous owner on a growth plan, and now look forward to actually optimize the site. But first - I need to switch the Display ad platform.

Should I choose Ezoic, Monumetric, or a different ad platform? What are your thoughts?

Let me know by replying to this email, adding your thoughts on my IndieHackers thread here, or sending me a message on Twitter.
